I've always be interested in 3D but whenever I worked in MAX I fell asleep :/ I couldn't grasp how it worked though I admired it. I've made characters who I can film cause I set up everything right but I'm sorry I love 2D animation overal..

Sooooo.......I've been wanting for YEARS to transform my own characters to 3D!! It happened this month. I bought a vinyl DYI from MPH!! I loved it! I love painting with paint pens....I kinda get scared when paint brushes are involved though. However paint pens are fun and I had a blast. This guy is small but it shows one of my 2D characters in 3D form. Hella addictive!!! So much I've been priming a 3 inch getting it ready for my destruction! lol :P

I've learnt alot though...Cause I've never been a strong painter....I need a canvas to just try it out and fail....lol XD

I've been spraying under lays on my 3 inch and wanting more....I love the 3D world..Making something I didn't think possible come into the real world was a treat. And like I say a huge learning point which I love.

Otherwise I've been sinking into my time into games, thinking of my next 3D model and trying out this new camera (god some mistakes happened..lolol)

I've been listening to Eminems album Recovery...It's...hmm...Interesting. I'm not so thrilled with it...I think it's to sign-songy and it seems about redemption or something like that. It's not so interesting to me...I want the angry about everything..Ah well atleast for older works! >:P

Anyways....I got another camera~! This is a more or so a point and click camera. But I love it since it's bright orange!!

It's rather sweeeeeeeeeet~! It's apparently water proof but I dare not test that aspect of it. I love the orange colour XD I've been mucking around with it but I've yet to upload any photos I've taken from it but still fun :D

Life spares me holly crap moments.....They are hella special!

So....I was checking one of my email accounts when I saw an email from Rainbow Publishing aka Gladstone....They had an offer on Carl Barks Posters that were slightly damaged. They also had an auction happening but I dared not go to the auction site..lol.

I was hella quick to pull the trigger on two posters SIGNED by Carl Barks.....Yes,...Hand signed by him!!! :D

It's kinda a thing with me......I grew up with admiring WB/Disney....As a child I loved the cartoons they pumped out...I still do actually (but older animation)....Anyways, I've been a huge faaan of Carl Barks for years now and just imagine when I got the op to buy something the Ducks man had actually signed? I turned into a fan girl and purchased two posters! I got em a few weeks ago and wow..I was just like OMFG..lol :P

Ahhh....Just something I never thought I'd own.

Lately, I've had a few projects and some interviews. Interviews were interesting...I kicked some butt in my last one..However, it didn't land me the job. The other person had more experience in the area...Hmm..Maybe I am a better at selling myself than I originally thought? ;)

I'm currently turning my room into small boxes..What a task!

Today I drove a car with much more power than my own...hahaha...That was nice. However, I switched back to my car afterwards...Lemme just say...If I could upgrade I'd like to :P

Last week I landed a rare op to purchase something Carl Barks signed...Actually, I was so thrilled I purchased TWO! I can't wait for them to arrive!!

I'll leave with a funny picture..At the time I was trying to make light of an annoying/frustrating situation. The pictures on a toy forum got some good feed back making the broken NY Fat sorta easier to deal with. These ain't cheap!

T-Shirts...wow

Okay..So....I submitted my portfolio people who want t-shirts designed for Wear it With Pride....I forgot all about it until a few days ago.....My portfolio got accepted!! This is huge...Kinda amazing. You know i put my best into my portfolio and when I didn't hear back I just moved on as you do when you design.

Now I've gotta come up with a design for the 85 tshirts being designed......I am pumped! I've got the perfect idea and I've got it all mocked out....I slept on the idea because I usually think things over for a day...Next week I start designing it!

This isn't some "design comp" that allows people to showcase their talent...This actually has established designers some very famous and others well known....Not to mention it has actresses and actors supporting it!! I guess this is what highten it for me but I also know it's going towards a great cause. I'm really thrilled..Only 85 people got the choice and one of those 85 people are me! It seems people over seas even got picked so when you know it's on an international scale my heart kinda beats faster..hahaha.

Thrilled!! Only wished I had a bigger tablet to draw on :P

Wow..I got an email from careerone.com.au which was talking about different jobs so I decided to do their little quiz thing. Overal I was not impressed as I thought it was going to actually ask questions.

Green lights of doooooom!!!!

The new camera is fun when it works! But right now it's giving me a headache. It's probably due to my constant fiddling with all the buttons I've somehow "broken" it..heh. At the moment I've just got it on 'auto' because all I need to take are basic photos for eBay. Sadly every time I go take a picture this green light shows up on the screen (aka no photo will be taken).

So I thought it was from lack of light..So I set a low budget 'white room'..And still the green flashing. Yet up in the photo above you can clearly see it's a pretty dull photograph..So I'm clueless and partly frustrated.

Even in this photo below I remember it was night time and the lighting in my room is pretty crappy but this photo turned out fine. I was mucking around with it's 'special effects'.

Now I should stop delaying and go and finish off WANTED!

Edit: Heh...so silly am I. I was using the long lense...Switched to the short lense and now it's taking photos. Live and learn ^^;;

We've upgraded our camera...

I haven't had time to muck around with it yet...So many more buttons than our last Cannon. If I remember correctly we'd had the Cannon from 4 to 6 years. We've had someone purchase it since we've replaced it with this newer E-620.

I'm interested in the 'shake proof' factor in the camera. I've yet to use a camera with this..I don't expect perfection..I'm more curious.

This camera also came with two different lenses...So I'm looking forward to trying them out.
